2 heads of romaine lettuce (torn)
2 packages of slivered almonds (toasted)
4-5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
Layer in a large bowl. This can be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours
toss when ready and serve with the following dressing:
3 large cloves of garlic, mashed
1/2 cup of oil
1 teaspoon salt
juice of one lemon
