Avocado-Feta Salsa

2 large avocados
2 large tomatoes
1/4 c chopped purple onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 t chopped fresh parsley
1/2 t chopped fresh oregano (optional)
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Mix: 2 T olive oil, 1 T red wine vinegar, 1 clove of garlic.

Chop avocado and tomato.  Add onion and next five ingredients, tossing to coat, fold in cheese. serve immediately.  add salt and pepper, if needed.
